Customer Service experience with a company

If I had to make a complaint about a customer service experience, I would have to go back to the time I had an awful experience between verizon and dell as they passed me around back and forth because no one wanted to take responsibility. It was hours a unsatisfactory customer service as I tried to wait patiently over the phone. I thought about the things I learned in school and I was better able to explain my situation and we resolved the problem together.

My name is Carlton, and I attend E.C.P.I. My major is in Wireless Communications. I have nineteen years in the armed forces and looking forward to retiring next year, or should I say "Transitioning".
